Tom Cramer

Tom Cramer is the Director and Head of Asset Management of Bridge Investment Group’s Net Lease strategy and is responsible for all Asset Management initiatives for the fund portfolio. He has over 30 years of experience in the oversight of commercial real estate assets.

Prior to his current role, Tom served as Managing Director and Head of Asset Management for AIC Ventures, a private real estate investment firm focused on single tenant net leased properties. During his tenure, he managed multiple portfolios in the aggregate of $1 Billion AUM and was an instrumental part of portfolio dispositions. Tom previously served in a pension fund advisor role with Sarofim Realty Advisors and served as a Vice President with American Industrial Properties REIT. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member, CCIM, and was past President of the North Texas CCIM Chapter. Tom was also an Adjunct Professor of Real Estate Management at the University of North Texas. He earned his MBA from the University of St. Thomas, Houston, Texas and a BSBA in Finance from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville Arkansas.
